Great advice worth a visit

After travelling some distance to buy some hardware I was confronted by a very disinterested sales assistant who seemed troubled that he had to work today.I had submitted an application for a cash sale account for my joinery company which had not yet been processed so he told me I have to wait a very long time or pay full retail. I have accounts with many hardware stores and in the past have had extensive dealings with Hafele which have all been favourable.NOT any more. This guy did not care at all, he was disinterested, and was making a massive effort to just to be nice. I have been in this industry for 35 years and never found it this difficult to buy product.Business must be good Hafele!!! that you treat customers this way.

We had a new kitchen installed in Jan of 2016. Part of that package was all Hafele appliances.We have had the bar fridge repaired under warranty ( just inside the warranty period)We had parts supplied for our oven that failed, and to Hafeles credit was done so a month out of warranty.The dishwasher failed 6 mths out of warranty but again Hafele had it repaired under warranty but would only repair the control panel not the bent door from very poor construction, however, the dishwasher has again failed, the same problem as before, but this time Hafele has refused to even reply to our emails..Very poor quality products they supply..There are much better reasonably priced products in Australia...

Couldn't find the hinges that I needed anywhere.Went to Hafele and was surprised at the level of knowledge and service that I encountered.Had the correct hinges in no time flat, and at a surprisingly competitive price.Thanks to the lady at the front counter who was a gem, and knew her stuff.Thankyou for the professionalism shown.Errol

if you have something from an older catalogue, you cannot get any parts, you cannot order a replacement... the only option is to buy full assembly's brand new that do not match the older form factors. Very dissapointing.
