Absolutely brilliant.Best Butcher in Hervey Bay.Great family butcher with the Best rissoles ( jalepeno and cheese) Ever.

Bought some lean mince for tartare. Both butchers started gossiping about me with another customer right in front of me. The client pulls a face when I say tartare". "Yes

I just paid good money for “pork loin chops” - well I’ve got to say it’s the worst meat I’ve ever had,I have previously bought chicken snitzels & they were awful but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they buy them in,don’t waste your money at this poor quality butcher,they obviously have no pride on what they sell , you have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!’

i've been shopping at urangan butcher for 5 years since i've been living here. in fact, all the family shop here. the lamb is Tasmanian grass fed and has always been amazing quality. and the staff are so nice, even though i'm one of the fussiest customers they have :-) they're awesome at putting up with my demands ha ha. upon visiting other butchers in hervey bay, i've always had some degree of disappointment, either with staff or quality of the meat. but not at urangan butchers. i really can't fault them. and i also find their prices totally reasonable. i feel really grateful to have such an excellent local butcher. i read the other reviews and someone said they were sleazy. they're not sleazy. they're all amazingly lovely guys and i think they're all awesome!!!

Would've happily bought some meat, but when your, what I presume to be, head butcher rudely says are you buying something or not?" Should maybe teach better customer service. (We'd been looking for maybe 2 minutes f.y.i)"

Best butcher in Harvey Bay wouldn't consider going anywhere else 5 star!

Great quality, well priced. Always friendly and helpful. Their meat be it steak or poultry is always fresh, lean and not injected with water to bolster the weight like some supermarkets do. Can recommend.
