Booth’s Hyundai Sales - North Gosford

My wife and I purchased a new Palisade today from the team at Booths Hyundai in North Gosford.Our experience from the minute we first arrived at the car yard in early December to the moment we signed the official paperwork today was amazing and by far the most professional new car sales & finance team that we have ever dealt with.Highly recommended.A special mention must also go to Callum Burling who has been our main point of contact at Booths and he guided us in the right direction the whole time. His patience, professionalism and support in working with us to find our new family car was perfect.Thank you.

Service centre should be ashamed, was charged $299 capped fee and a lot of items included in there service and shown on the invoice where not even carried out. Owners beware if you actually get what you pay for

Rang today to discuss updating my i20 to either a Venue or Kona. Spoke to a male salesperson who was very dismissive of all my questions. When I asked how long the wait was for either vehicle, his answer was 'well it depends'. I asked depends on what and he said how fast the ship gets here!!! Very poor PR. Consequent, I phoned another Hyundai dealership (not on the coast) and got an entirely different approach to my queries. We're off to see them next week to buy a new Hyundai. Bad luck Booths, North Gosford. You missed out on a sale because of your uninterested salesperson.

What a great experience! Right from the start - from booking my car in for it's annual service, to the follow-up phone call after the service was completed - so well organised..ran like a well oiled machine...just like my car is after being serviced!! Walked into the dealership two weeks ago because my car broke down, explained what I like to the salesman and they had nothing in stock that would work but he knew of an i30 N Line due in about three weeks.I went back the next day to drive one and fell in love, I paid a deposit and was able to get finance sorted out at the same time.The team quickly sent me information about it and I waited - I got a call after just a week and a half that it arrive early and would be in it the following Monday.I then got another call that it was ready and could be in it the next day - they really underpromised and over delivered, no pressure and just felt like they had my best interest in mind.Good work Jason & the team!
