We have been very happy with this Cleaning Service. Fumi and his team are offer a professional, detailed and efficient clean. Communication before and the clean and a check in after the clean shows a high level of care and is greatly appreciated. Fumi, Atsuko and team are a happy and positive energy in the home. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

Very poor quality cleaning.We got these guys to clean our investment property we bought in Cairns, as we live in Sydney. House is only 3 years old and was fairly clean to start with. Completely empty with no furniture.Tiled floors with carpet in the bedrooms. Realestate had to organise other cleaners to come in and finish the cleaning job of the house properly. I would not recommend these guys at all. Maybe if you only want half the job done. Terrible

If there were 10 stars, I would rank them as that. Wonderful service, extremely prompt, extremely friendly and understanding. The finished cleaning job was excellent. I was able to communicate with them from overseas, and they were most accomodating to my needs. I will be using them again for sure. Forget any other cleaner in Cairns, use this company.
