David Frith Quality Plumbing Services

We had David come out to give us a quote and explain what needed to be done. We were very happy with the quote and with David as he came across as honest and professional. The works were scheduled for a week later. For the works another employee came who unfortunately told us we needed lots of other things repaired which would obviously cost quite a bit more. We couldn’t help but feel he was trying to take advantage of the situation by adding lots of extra services. My husband got very upset and ended up calling David The works were then completed for the price initially quoted and without all the “extras”. This obviously left us very disappointed as we were ready to use David and his company for our renovations. Clearly that will not happen now.

I've used David Firth Quality Plumbing Services on three occasions, and each time they have been prompt, friendly and have done excellent work. I highly recommended their services.

Can't thank David Frith Plumbing Services, especially John, for going above and beyond their normal services in helping mum and I install (and put together) our new gas BBQ. Not many services would have agreed to be our handymen for the morning! But they did it with smiles and no questions asked. Have used this company many times in the past and will continue to do so. Luke did a fantastic job and communicated with me brilliantly all the way through, including walking me through options. Polite, efficient and patient with me when I was having access problems. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Luke and Mitch did an excellent job replacing two cisterns. They were very efficient and professional in their approach.

So glad I used David for my plumbing issue. I had to replace my washing machine taps. David was communicative and efficient. He provided a tracking link to show when he was arriving. He provided a quote prior to the work being commenced, and was in and out super quickly. Really happy with the service.

The boys were great, for the job they had to do, crawling under the house clearing a sewer. Not cheap but genuine.

Local businesses that charges very high call out fees even during the week. Office did not explain not gave indication if call out fees.In addition to call out fees the cost of actually doing the work was extremely expensive.Would not recommend this business.
