When it came to upgrading the cruiser we knew we had to have locally owned and operated 4wd specialists so we headed down to BTA Ballina.Dan and the team at BTA have provided us with professional service and advice from day one.We knew we had the right team for the job as all the boys are avid 4wd enthusiasts and Dan himself having travelled full time around Australia a few years back. Dan and the team at BTA are fantastic. After breaking a front strut they went out of their way to find replacement parts and get them shipped urgently over the weekend. The team also managed to find room in their already full diary to fit new springs and struts and get us back on the road in time for us to still get to the event we needed our 4WD back for. Dan and the guys have expert knowledge of their extensive product range, genuinely put the customer first, and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with the end result. Great shop with top team. They did our Landcruiser 200 Braked Towing Capacity upgrade to 4 tonne today including engineers certificate. Well within opening hours for RMS in Ballina to update the rego. And corrected wheel allignment problem. All organised within a day after first contact via phone. Happy days. Recommend Sharon and her team any day.

dan the owner was great to deal with and quality customer service. But I just didnt get the same quality workmanship on my car. which is a Shame as they were friendly to deal with. Always happy to give second chances. but I spent a fair bit of money and just some simple items weren't adjusted correctly. I ended up going elsewhere for a second opinion and had all these items adjusted correctly and since have had no issues.

I've had experience with the old management and now also Dan and the team as the new owners. BTA has seriously leveled up! The service is first rate, the consideration of the customer is first rate, communication is first rate. I couldn't be happier. I had been taking my ute to the stealership, but not anymore. BTA will be providing all my vehicle service, repair and 4WD touring needs from now on.
