Aaron is fantastic, however please be wary of any assistance provided with insurance. I signed a document relating to Trident Legal in my first interaction with Daylesford Smash Repairs, and was then unable to speak to the insurer directly going forward, and Trident Legal Services were apalling.

After significant damage to our Ford Falcon wagon in the storm recently we were so impressed with the timely and efficient assistance from emergency towing courtesy car and substantive repairs. Aaron at all times was easy to communicate with and ensured that the work done by the team was of a high quality and totally appropriate. Reccommend highly. Thanks to you all. . Super friendly, made everything easy, and although at the time of writing I haven't yet taken my car to be repaired, (it's going in 3 days) I have been impressed with the quality of their repairs and the cleanliness of the workshop- always a good sign.

I have had more than one experience with Daylesford Hepburn Smash Repairs as a customer and both were excellent. The first was approximately 12 months ago when the front of my new vehicle was reversed into after owning it for three days.The team was professional, friendly and delivered a good quality of repair work. They seem to have good technology and systems set up as a business.I found that their quote was very clear and they worked to minimise the cost as I was paying it out of my pocket.I recently had a collision with a wallaby with some minor damage to my drivers side door. The team was able to fix my door on the spot so that it could open and close easily and were happy to do that free of charge (as a repeat customer) and with a smile. Very impressed!
