Bought products from them around 8 weeks back. Paid in full including delivery. when I went to see the products I was offered free delivery but cheekily added a fee to my bill when I went in to pay for it. Its my fault I trusted them n didn't check the docket in store. But when I called to enquire they said they never promised free delivery. Delivered half the products on the promised delivery date. Informed them that there are missing items AND A DAMAGED PRODUCT. delivered the missing items but not the damaged item. Asked me to repair n use it. Calling them for the last 5 weeks to get a damaged product replaced n delivered. Mr aa Says they don't have staff. Asked for directors. Said s n s are not in office and don't answer the calls unless its emergency nor answer emails. The option i was given is to get a ute and come n pick it. I don't have a ute which means I need to hire one for a mistake they made.SORRY EDITING MY REVIEW AS I DONT KNOW HOW TO REPLY FOR THE BELOW RESPONCE.I have asked apologies for my mistake of not picking the delivery charges at store when I paid for it. I well n truly understood the impact of COVID and delays it can cause to freight delivery. But on 28th sep 11:17am I got a missed call n when I called back same day 11:55 I was told the product is in store and I need to go n pick ig t as they dont have any one to deliver. I agreed to wait. after that I called them on oct7 228pm, oct9 151pm, oct14 959am, and few other times from other phones which I unfortunately have any data. After writing this review, on oct15 809am I got a call which I could not reply at the time. Called them back oct 921am and the delivery was made the same day when I was told the previous day it would take 3 months. Got txt messages as well, on sep 17, from one of the store guys M where I have been advised to use a mallet and fix the damaged product. in the same conversation I have agreed to wait till the product arrived as I do not want a damaged product. If you want I have that conversation as well which I can post if you insist.Its good to understand a coin from all sides. Will only help in increasing the coins in your till.As you have accused me off lying I am posting the screenshot of calls made to you. it also shows the calls you made to me. now you know how many times I called you to resolve the issue. I am also posting the txt message where I have been asked to repair a damaged product even after paying he full price. Let the readers decide. Think you now owe me an apology. I came to a local business not because bunnings do not sell the same product. Sorry for the late reply.
