Never subscribed to email Dist List. address picked from somewhere and now they continually send eMails, even when requested to stop. No way to unsubscribe - these lot should be banned from the internet.

We bought 2 backpacks from Engine swim at the same time. We hardly use them. Once a week over summer at Nippers and for a term once a week at swimming lessons. One is fine. The other one has a faulty zipper. As neither of them have been used very much they are both basically new. Because they are 18 months old and they only have a 12 month warranty they said that it must have been because of misuse and if there was a fault with the zip it would normally happen straight away.Each zip has 2 zips on it and 1 did come off a month after purchase but because it was still usable with the other one we just kept using it. Now it is unusable I contacted Engine but they said bad luck. Both bags have been used exactly the same so there is obviously an issue with one. Poor customer service.
