Maurice Dry Cleaners - Broadway Sydney

I've been using Maurice Dry Cleaners for a few years now and have had a high standard of service and care. It's the only dry cleaner I can trust with my high quality garments and they have always removed marks / stains, including from whites. They understand different fabrics and what needs to be done to look after them, extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service. Spotted some stains and defects. Dry cleaned nicely.

POOR SERVCE, NO PROFESSIONALISMI got my clothes to be dry cleaned in this shop, but the result wasn't what I expected. My clothes were damaged noticeably. And they only offered me $50 credits which is less than service fees I've paid for my two jackets.

Great service at the front counter; always helpful tips on how to make the most of dry cleaning. It may be considered on the more pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. If you have anything high quality you MUST get it dry cleaned properly. An extra $10 could save you hundreds in ruining your garments.

The worst experience I have ever encountered with a dry cleaner or any customer service based business.They have lost my clothing and do not offer any kind of resolution of ownership.If you love and care for your garments, do you self a favour and never take them to Maurice Dry Cleaners or you will never see them again.There are a large number of alternatives in the local area.

When I went in to get an alteration I was upsold a clean that I was told would be done after the alteration. When I came in two weeks later the alteration had not been done I was still charged for the cleaning fee when i decided to take the item elsewhere. Poor service, turn around time and lots of better options on Glebe Pt Road!

This Maurice Broadway lost all my white politix shirts and they refused to resolve this for me. Im a regular customer here and everytime i come i just need to tell them my mobile number so i dont have to keep the docket. But when they lost all my shirt they ask me where is the docket. The lady there is very rude particularly the long hair one on Tuesday when I came just to ask them to double check at the back she told me i want to steal their shirts. What a horrible person and absolutely disgusting customer service. If im a regular customer and still got treated like this what do u think they do to newcomers?

Terrible customer service! I left my pants with them to do the hems last Saturday. The pants had a beautiful cuffed hem and I specifically asked the assistant to keep that style. Today when I returned to pick up my pants I noticed they had cut the hem completely and did not keep the cuffed style, now it is so short that it is not possible to do the cuffed hem even if they offered to fix it - which they did not. The assistant was rude and doubted me, kept questioning “are you sure the hems are different?”. I was shocked by this customer service, OF COURSE I AM SURE, IT’S MY OWN PANTS! She did not offered any help neither tried to solve the problem at all! Never coming back there again!If you are going to send your clothes for alterations with them (which I strongly do not recommend), make sure that you take pictures of it before the alterations, otherwise the staff will insinuate that you are lying in case they change the style of your clothes.

Do not take anything you care about here. My $1,200 Zimmerman skirt was completely destroyed after paying $160 for a ‘delicate’ dry clean. When I got home I took the skirt out of the bag and realised that it was ripped. There’s no way they didn’t realise this. Just terrible, don’t risk this place.
