Went in there on Australia Day as a last min thing to get some safety gear for doing some Reno’s. Daniel was very helpful and walked us to the product. After dealing with other business all day where there was no help from staff it was quite refreshing to have such outstanding customer service.

The service from these guys is great. Big shout out to Jess and Ethan for helping me with my purchase. I had to return the line trimmer I bought as it wasn't gutsy enough for what I needed it for and Ethan was really patient and helped me out as I deliberated on which one to get. Eventually got there after much to-ing and fro-ing but Ethan's customer service was brilliant as we did the compare and contrast between the two models I was looking at. Thanks guys!

Slipped on into TKD today after having a very cheerful chat on the telephone, was greeted by some smiling faces, thats what we like to see! Loads of help, very fun happy atmosphere coupled with a fantastic depth of knowledge throughout the team. Cant recommend highly enough will be back, fantastic experience. Great job guys, keep up the good work, see you at the trade show.
