Kevin is courteous, polite and very knowledgeable and efficient. He responded quickly, on Mothers Day Sunday, arriving at my home by 815am. Kevin was very thorough and found my problem in no time( it was the Samsung fridge) and even though he couldn't fix my fridge( not his job) he did offer to look at it (needs new compressor) and was even good enough to stick around to replace a down light for me that I couldn't reach due to vaulted ceiling. I highly recommend Kevin if you have any electrical problems. As for dealing with a panicked woman, Kevin was calm and reassuring.

Synthesis turned up when I was very distraught and concerned about my situation. He gave me such relief and encouragement that I would be fine..

We had a lightning storm late this afternoon, and our power went out. couldn't find the problem i went onto google search and found Synthesis Electrical Contractors. I wrote to Kevin and told him the problem asked for him to call me back as soon as he could, well talk about fast took about 10mins for Kevin to return my message ( now that is fast), so anyway he made a time that he would be here and very prompt he was :D he came in fixed the problem and wow what a excellent price and quality service what a great friendly man. I am writing this report as it is well deserved and would recommend him to anyone that is requiring an electrician on such short notice.
