Over pricedService is okThey ruined my nails last time and gave me $5 voucher.Went in again, same story the nails are still thik and no where near almond shape I wanted. Which i expressed what I wanted to three different staff! But they would not listen!Wont be returning! I

Arrived a little later than scheduled for a wax due to traffic and was worried i'd get a rushed wax but they didnt rush me at all and gave a quality job. Much appreciated! Have also done my nails here a few times and great service and work. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Sandy and co.

Unprofessional, unorganised, poor quality and extremely slow staff.Always overbooked despite making an appointment.Plenty of cleaner, better and more professional nail salons in the area. Don’t waste your time…look else where ladies!

I went to get a pedicure yesterday, the lady was nice but I specifically asked my nails not be cut because I wanted to grow them out, I didn’t mind them not being even. But she cut the corner of my big toe and pulled a piece of nail out the was attached to my skin and started bleeding and today I have an infection. I understand mistakes happen but when I asked 2-3 times for them not to be cut and this happens it’s unacceptable. Now my toe is infected. I can provide a photo taken today if require.

So I called up and asked for a 4pm appointment to have a pedicure done with normal colour and a full set of nails.I arrived 5 minutes to 4pm and I didn't even get spoken to until 4:45pm I got in to my chair to get my feet done at 5:15 the lady who did my feet was so nice and kind. Had to lady's do my full set is nails first lady was so nasty and couldn't do nails for the life of her (I have experience in nail work) and the second lady could do nails but was so nasty and rudeMy nails are not straight and are really think

I booked this salon before lockdown and wanted to share my experience , as you can see from the other responses from the owner Sandy, she is aggressive, stubborn, rude , has no time management, or management over her staff. I ended up with an infected toe after my pedicure as the girl doing them cut me as she was filing to hard and to busy talking to the girl next to her , sandy did my nails and they weren’t the same length, some were coffin and some were square, I’ve never been so disappointed with a salon, definitely never coming back here

Sandy has been doing my nails for 10 years now. She is the only person that has done my nails perfectly every time exactly the way I like them. Her product quality is amazing, my nails never fall off or peel. I honestly don't know where I would go or what I would do without her. Sandy's prices are also very reasonable but I would without a doubt pay double if I had to.
