Bought a new pair of runners today. I actually didn't intend on purchasing just yet, however Sophie took me through the foot scanner, helped to try on various brands/models, explained to me what shoes might be suitable (and why). Sophie provided an excellent experience and exceptional customer service, so I decided to purchase there and then (without any sales pressure). Well done Sophie on your knowledge, attitude and service.

Kristy was the most welcoming and knowledgeable staff member I have ever met. They were very helpful and would explain every part of the shoe and how it suited me. We found a pair of shoes that were incredibly comfortable and were a perfect fit. If you ever want to look for a pair of shoes, Kristy is your person.

I attended this store today to assist my daughter to buy a pair of shoes, for her hard to fit " foot. My daughter also uses orthotics which makes this process more difficult than normal. Purchased a pair of shoes from Jesse, he was super helpful and understood exactly what I was looking for. He didn't try to up-sell anything to me I didn't want or was out of my budget either. He was really friendly and went above and beyond servicing what I was after. The shopping experience with Jesse was really enjoyable and I will definitely be going back in the future and hopefully he is there to provide the same excellent service.

Purchased new school shoes and runners for both kids here today. Outstanding customer service provided by Thomas and his colleague. Both were extremely knowledgeable about their products including understanding kids orthotics. In addition to that they communicated very professionally explaining the reason behind their suggestions. They also were able to patiently handle 2 teenage kids!!! Thank-you!

Bought a pair of shoes Asics for my child which cost $99. The velcro separated into two pieces within 3-4 months. I took it back and they asked me whether I tried to glue it back. I said I did not want to glue it back as it was defective. I was told they could not help me out. What a dodgy business. They are happy to take your money but when something goes wrong they show you the door. I left the shoes and asked them to throw it out. I did not want to bring garbage back home. Loyalty does not pay. Last time any of my family members or friends buy anything from Athlete's foot.
