Awesome customer service

Went there with a script to get insulin for my elderly diabetic mother; it should of been a simple task! However the lady that served me did not know what the medication was and after further consultation between multiple staff members I was told that they have no stock and that they could order it in for us... o.O? Are they serious! To clarify if a diabetic goes a single day without medication they die! Clearly the staff have zero knowledge critical illnesses or life saving medication for that matter; With 1.2 million Australians having Type 1 diabetes requiring insulin to survive; you'd think any competent pharmacist would have this sort of medication not only in stock but at hand with the required knowledge to advise patients on there condition.. As far as I'm concerned they should sack the useless staff whose competency level does not extend beyond the use of a cash register and bulldoze this so called pharmacy as it serves zero use in our community other than to sell confectionery! Pathetic!

I have never given a one star rating, honestly I wish a could give zero. Completely appalled but Mt Druitt Pharmacy, my parents had been going there since the opened. Service has been on a decline for a number of years, mainly due to the pure rudeness of Jenny and laziness of Rita my parents and I moved to the new pharmacy in Eastern Creek.

Would not go to another chemist!!All the workers there are amazing and very helpful!!
