When the salon was in the smaller shop there was consistent service. Since relocating to larger shop the staff haven't been consistent and quality of job has been inconsistent. I went in for nail cut and file. I didn't mind waiting a little but my service was rushed. It looks like a production line now and it has lost its warmth and friendliness.

Fantastic service and always happy with the end result on my nails. I had my niece with me today, the ladies happily kept her occupied by taking her to pick a colour and painting her little nails. Thank you for taking the time to make her first nail salon experience special, see you next time!

Had a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was fine. Manicure my cuticles were bleeding on at least three fingers. I’ve woken up today they are swollen and sore to touch. Not happy.

Helen and her team of ladies provide a professional service. They always work to the highest standards and I have never experienced disappointment after a visit to the salon. It’s worth the 20 minute drive for me ❤️

went here for the first time today. I showed the lady doing my nails a design before we started and she said that it would be an extra $20 ( i was happy with to pay this). Assuming that this design could be done we continued with the nails. I asked for nude acrylic powder, which they said was not good so they gave me white powder. They then chose the colour to do the design (it was completely different). I ended up changing the design from a very detailed one (extra $20) to a very simple, individual colour and was still charged $70. Nails are all different shapes and lengths. I’ve had cheaper nails done much better. won’t be coming back.Nails quoted to be ‘long’ and charged extra $5?

Location is great and they'll almost always fit you in, but the prices are going up and the customer service isn't... They barely greet you or speak to you, and I had three different people take over my treatment as they rotated to do other tasks, which felt a bit odd and disruptive. At one point I was left for nearly twenty five minutes between my toenails being buffed and shaped and then someone else coming to paint them, then someone else took over halfway through the painting? I wouldn't want to be in a hurry haha

First time here, will be back! I wanted to specially thank Vanessa for being so lovely and kind, she went out of her way to try a nail design combo i was interested in getting on a fake nail before doing it on my actual nails. This was absolutely over and beyond the service I was expecting and I was extremely grateful! My nails turned out very nice. The ladies there were extremely lovely as well, and the place is clean and tidy.Thank you so much Vanessa!

Don’t do a bad job but definitely feel very rushed. Good prices

Mum and I went in for a pedicure today and were disappointed at the job done. The side of my big toe was bleeding, cutting was uneven and was not file off smoothly. There are still sharp edges. When I ask if the lady could do my nail a bit shorter on other nails, she handed me a nail clipper and asked me to cut it myself. She didn't apply base coat and when I asked for it, she didn't seem happy about it. Overall she seem very eager to be done with me and went to another customer. When I try to get her attention, another lady came over and when I told her my toe was bleeding she says that it happens sometimes. I have never been to a nail place where they cause my toe to bleed and say that it happens. My toe is now sore.

I went to Queenies - I wish they would speak English in front of customers and not speak amongst each other in Vietnamese and laugh whilst doing nails/pedicures!I went in yesterday for acrylic refills. After working on my nails for about 10minutes she decided to do all new onesThe girl next to her was doing a young lady’s nails whilst speaking on her phone almost the whole time on FaceTime!!!!To top it off…..they charged me $65.00 which is just ridiculous. So many others around to choose from - I will never go back!!!!I would now rate them a big fat ZERO and will not recommend this place to anyone!!
