They are a real time waster. Their ad was saying tyre has 5.2mm tread. I purchased 4 tyres and went to roadworthy. Mechanic found 2 out of 4 tyres are only 1mm and will not pass roadworthy. I returned back they were offering another 2 tyres. When I asked to check with micrometer appears that again under 1mm. They refused to do full refund and charged me for labor cost. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

ETyre Store should be grateful to have such a kind, thoughtful, and generous individual on their team.Kirsten went above and beyond to help me when she wasn't even obligated to. She drove past me and stopped to help when she saw my situation with a flat tyre.. and 30 mins later, Kirsten the bloody legend, had a new tyre back to my car, fitted, and ready to roll. Amazing service!!

No wonder why this shop is always empty when other tyre shops have a long queue of customers in waiting. They are selling other customers rubbish as a good second hand tyre with high thread. When you complain, they are not refunding you and asking to write good review to give refund. It is customer rights, to get fully refund and customers decision if they want to change review. They recalled me with apologies on the phone and promised to replace with good tyre, but when I back there they didn't refund or replaced their rubbish tyres and they were forcing me to change and write good review about them to be able to get replacement. Absolute time waster.

We received exceptional service from Kirsten at ETyres this afternoon. She took the time to come out and assist us with a wheel and tyre issue outside of what you would expect from a tyre company. Great Prices and good service. The tyres I bought were far cheaper and performed better than any mainstream brands I have used, and Zero tyre noise. Great!!

There is not enough good things I can say about these guys. I call them the tyre whisperers, don’t get ripped off by the other tyre places where they charge so much more than what these guys do for. The tires they sell are quality tires their service is awesome and they are a bunch of top guys. Kirsten the manager is not only beautiful but an absolute sweetheart. Next time you need any tyre related service give these a go I promise you that you won’t regret it.
