I have gotten a great response and service everytime I visited the service

I've been sitting in here for over an hour. There is limited staff on duty and some of those staff members are new so need to continually get help from other staff. We were told it would be a half hour wait! The man next to us was sitting here for 2 hours before his number was called.Service NSW needs to properly train staff and have them available to fill shifts that need filling.

Place was packed girl at door asked what I needed which was a specialist form for licence she said just a minute and went behind counter to print one off for me she was back in under a minute. Great service.

Came here to do my hazard perceptions test and was in full confidence that I would pass. To find out that I failed due to the testing computer being the slowest system ever was beyond frustrating. Going in as a first time tester I could not know that this was unusual, and so didn't speak out during the test. After the test had finished and it said I had failed, I was only told then that I should have spoken out during the test (which they did not even inform me about before I began). I then had to pay another $50 to commence the test on a seperate computer on which I actually passed. To all those about to complete their tests, please avoid the rightmost computer for your best chance to pass. It is slow and does not register anything you press.

Funny it's called Service NSW when service is the last thing you will get. Should rename it to Wait in line NSW.Take long service leave if plan on visiting here.

I’m sitting here waiting, was told the wait was half an hour. It’s now been 1 hour and 15 minutes. All I need is a‘fitness to drive’ form. Not enough staff for such a large area. I’m disgusted.

I had to visit here on Saturday. I was not looking forward to it. I got there about 8.55.A lovely young man spoke to me as I walked in. Enquired what I was after , crossed out what I did not need. I filled out the paperwork and waited 5 minutes. I was out by 9.10amI was so impressed with the staff and about of staff working… Great work Service NSW Warrawong….

Shockingly unprofessional and rude staff for a driving test. The instructor said to turn into the centre of Wentworth Street Port Kembla from a side street, but it was impossible to know that Wentworth Street is a 40km/hr zone if you enter from this particular street, only if you’re a local. All the surrounding streets are 50km/hr. Very deceptive and sneaky. The instructor gave an automatic fail for doing 42km/hr. Disgusting behaviour

Absolutely slow if you have a spare 3 hours to wait in line for a 2 minute number plate disposal come to this place

Incredible rude driving test here! Especially a female gold hair staff, I don't know what happened she is very angry and no patient. Cuz I'm not a English native speaker? Highly recommend book a test in the corrimal central if you ready to hold a full driving license. Btw, thx you for passing my test even though you are rude :))
