Food was okay. Service - took a while to wait for our order. table was dirty and table outside was just as horrible. I prefer drive thru only! There's room for improvement...

this mcdonald’s is one of the best in the area. great service, friendly staff and the cleanliness is always appreciated at this store. big improvements in the past couple of months. must try !!!

ordered through doordash and they forgot all 3 sauces for my 20 nuggets, i went to call them and let them know that i’m gonna reorder something small so they can put the sauces they forgot in the bag and they ignored all my calls, even disconnected their landline so i could no longer ring, avoiding customers due to their own wrong doing is so frustrating and unacceptable. management needs to be re evaluated because it seems like most customers have an awful experience in this chain.

I went to green valley McDonald Hinchinbrook , for breakfast i ask the manager please fresh when. I got the order that i paid $22.50 , when i got the order they gave it to me i looked at the hash brown , i ask the lady to Frye the hush brown , she dropped them back in the oil less than one Minuit , and i told her the hush brown must be crunchy, she said that’s how it is and she gave me the bag full of oil ,i will send a photos to prove , when i open the egg and begin in a muffin 2 meals the same , the eggs was cold I told the manager that i asked her i ask you fresh she said that’s how it is the eggs always cold , i told her ones we ask for fresh , we couldn’t touch the muffin because its too hot, but today they want to convince me that’s that’s the way always the eggs coldI never understand since when McDonald like this . I promised my self never buy anymore from McDonalds .because this is not the first time happens .

Unfortunately you can't give a no star rating. On hot days no ice cream or shakes. The order is never right. Extra hot = barley warm on coffees. I work nights and they always seem to be cleaning the coffee machine just when I'm heading to work. So I tried different times same thing!!!. You always end up waiting 10 minutes for hot drinks but they give the food first thus cold food by the time you get home. The staff seem more interested in chatting with each other rather than actually working. I can't remember the last time I had the right order and food was actually edible and not cold and stale tasting. They always seem to be out of something when order. Honestly hire people that actually work and want to work. From reading these posts one would think management would actually do something. I think I've read one positive review.

Chai latte was overly sweet, I think the brand or the ratio is no good. Coffee was nice. Atmosphere is great. Staffs were fast at 10pm.

Waited for 55 minutes in drive threw couldn't even leave, only to get the complete wrong order and cold food. This McDonald's has always had a bad reputation for me but today took it to a new level. The restaurant needs to close if they can't deliver the service required, today was a joke.

This place is disgusting. The service was absolutely terrible, not even worth the one star. My friends son is 10 and was yelled at and shown attitude multiple times just for asking how long the food was going to take. Workers think they can intimidate younger children. We also witnessed a teenager getting yelled at for the same reason, he walked off and looked like he was going to cry. Horrible horrible service, young workers have no respect and should be ashamed. They didn’t even give us our correct order!!
