We signed up our little boy 7 years ago and have watched him mature with courage and confidence over the years. He has represented Gracie Barra Caringbah at numerous competitions and shows the same passion as his first day. Professor Fred and his coaching team are very professional with all the students and very family oriented and supportive. We trust their values and how they treat the student's to be the best individual they can be and it is an absolute pleasure to be a part of this family. It took me 3 years to finally get the courage to go to my 1st Jiu Jitsu class. I was very nervous as I had absolutely no previous experience with any form of martial arts. I'm now 6 weeks and 9 lessons in and I am absolutely loving it!Professors Fred, Roberto & Coach Ruby are excellent teachers! Every single student has been extremely friendly and welcoming!I decided to join for fitness reasons as I wanted to be a fit father for my newly born daughter. So far Jiu-Jitsu has benefited me both physically and mentally. I have seen improved endurance, strength, flexibility, stress, patience and mental clarity.It is only because of GB Caringbah that I now enjoy Jiu Jitsu so much! I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 6 months ago and have fallen in love with this challenging but highly rewarding sport. We have been a part of the GB Caringbah family for over 6 years now.My three kids have enjoyed BJJ since the very beginning and my wife has also started training the last couple of years and absolutely loves it.Coming from a parent and husband I think it’s important for women and children in this day and age to have a knowledge in self defense. My daughters 7 and 6 started at Gracie barra Caringbah around 6 Months ago. From the first day the coaches and other students made them feel like one if the family. The coaches are passionate, caring and patient. The kids loving going every week even on the 35 degree plus days. Couldn't recommend them enough. If you or you kids are keen to get into martial arts Gracie Barra Caringbah should be your only choice. My only regret was not getting my daughters started earlier.

I'm brown belt and I`ve started training at GB Caringbah months ago. I felt very welcome by the coaches and the other students.The environment is super nice, respectful, clean and funny.
