After failing to navigate one of the complicated OTA Extranets, and after a fruitless call to the OTA Helpdesk, I contacted the Channel Manager support team and asked for their help. Ravi from Channel Manager was extremely helpful. He ensured that he had a correct understanding of the problem I faced and what my requirements were, and then he fixed the problem using his knowledge of the OTA systems as well as Channel Manager (including accommodating a few interruptions, as I also had to deal with new guests checking in). Ravi allowed me to see what he was doing via a Zoom call, so I had full confidence he was doing the job right. Ravi and the team at Channel Manager are always professional and always very helpful. Highly recommended.
