Awkward experience for me coming from other physios. Had a pinch in my neck and the physio didn't even explain or give a diagnosis. All I received was some pressure point massages, even more embarrasing the physio was stretching my shirt over my neck as if they were scared to touch my skin. The only response I received was this feels yucky" when locating the tenderness in my neck muscles. The physio talked about the long easter weekend with me more instead of giving me proper diagnosis. Got charged $90 for a 20min massage."

Highly recommend. I saw Andrew here for a sprained ankle and after only a few sessions there was a huge improvement in my range of motion and pain. It's pretty much back to normal now! The staff are also lovely & friendly.

Sports Focus Physiotherapy
Visited Sports Focus in Liverpool with lower back pain and saw John the Physio. He was very thorough in his assessment and diagnosis of my issue. He also has a very friendly bedside manner and made sure all my questions on the day were answered. I’m now on track to recovery. I would highly recommend him.

Great experience with Michael. Definitely helped with the injury. Loved that there is an area of exercise equipment that is incorporated into your treatment whilst you are there.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the wonderful service Sports focus Liverpool provided me today. I called about a splint for my mum who was in desperate need and was amazed at how genuine they were. A special shout out to Marta who went above and beyond to help me out even if it meant sourcing the product elsewhere because they did not have one in the size I was after. This is what I call great customer service. It’s all about care and providing support to those who need it. It is a business like this that I would not hesitate to recommend and most definitely one I will be returning to. Thank you once again

Fantastically professional practice.I visited today 29/07/2022 first time back in many yrs.I was attended to by Steven N & John, they both showed an extremely high level of professionalism and knowledge.I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend should you need a physiotherapist.Wonderful!
