Quick efficient friendly service

Have just dealt with some of the worst business ethics imaginable. Have been working with them for 9 years on and off. Was dealing with Chris (the owner) on a warrantable issue over a period of 2-3 weeks, which he assured me right up until 2pm today he would work on it with Haultech and no doubt get a solution on warranty and we would all work together as this is definitely a faulty unit!Despite having a trading account with Briskair he questioned me as to why I would want to use my trading account….he changed his mind at the completion of the job at 5pm, and advised he won’t be dealing with warranty as it’s not his problem and we are to pay the full bill by credit card no exception or we won’t have our truck. Total spend on this ice pack unit in 3 weeks totals over $6000 for a unit he agreed had warrantable issues.When questioning him on his business ethics and why he is doing this, he advised to me, “thats me, i changed his mind”For what what supposed to be a reputable business, safe to say this place can jam any future work. Absolute pathetic ownership and ethics to boot!!If there were an option for negative stars he’d be getting that!Edit: upon checking my bank statement they have also taken out unauthorised funds which should have been on my account for another job. They failed to mention this when they took payment for the job mentioned.

Stopped in without a appointment as I unexpectedly had most of the day without a job. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and without hesitation booked the truck in for a repair job. While here the mechanic came to see us and let me know if I had time to wait they could do a upgrade that was needed that would take around 5hrs. They have a drivers room with couch, TV, tea and coffee and a bed if needed upstairs. Awesome service and couldn't be friendlier.

Ice pack is still not working,, we are calling to get appointment but they don’t have time to fix it,, they have charged us $700 for service

Waited over 6 hrs to get a truck looked at that was pree booked in for nothing to to still work
