Jovelles Cat Motel

I want to give a huge thumbs-up to Jovelles Cat Motel. The cats are well looked after with generous space, good quality food and regular attention. Cleanliness is excellent. The owners are long-term professional cat breeders and their knowledge shows through the quality of their services. I recommend them without hesitation.

I leave my girl here multiple times a year, for 3 years now. Caroline and Chris are always very obliging and helpful and the cattery is clean and very well run.My girl is clean , calm and happy when I collect her and always very chilled about being dropped off.

Lovely people who were kind enough to look after my cat at very short notice. My cat seemed very relaxed and happy. Good location and set up. Will definitely use this motel again.

So happy with Jovelles. Our cat Baby Girl spent some time there from last Wednesday through to Sunday. Was worried as she has never been away from home except for visits to vet. Would happily take her there again as she had no worries settling in. A huge thanks to Chris and her daughter

Very clean, modern, and well kept cattery. The staff looked after our aged cat Amy very well on a number of occasions, always giving consideration for her age and condition. The cattery is warm in winter and cool in summer.

I had three cats there while we went to Bali for 9 days. My cats love us and when we picked them up they came home they were skittish and stressed for days. She also advised that they would be together in the biggest pen. Honestly it was about the size of your average toilet room, no bigger. Go there and check the size before you book and pay. They’re terribly small and badly equipped. My cats have spoken.

Chris and Terry have a wonderful setup here; when I moved to Toowoomba I was after somewhere for my cat to stay until I settled in. Not only did they take on my aging moggie, but gave him all the love and attention he was after and he came back the most relaxed and settled I've ever seen him after a cattery visit. We've used the cattery since and exactly the same result - fantastic love and support at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

Our cat, Ninja, is a feisty boy and has been a little naughty on occasion, especially when he first started visiting Chris, but she's magic with him. He's 12 years old now and has been going to Chris for about 10 of those years. I would never feel comfortable taking him anywhere else. Thank you Chris and Terry. Marilyn Kirstenfeldt

Chris made it possible for me to be able to book my 16 year old cat in - I was unaware that the times I required were in school holidays. She was SO well looked after and the establishment was spotlessly clean. I will be returning as and when possible. Thank you.

I can't say that I have had a wonderful experience with this cattery. The cattery is clean with animals well looked after. My problem is someone actually being in attendance during opening hours so that I can pick up my cat. Very unprofessional service especially when the responsible person was out at a social event. I wouldn't of minded had i received a phone call to say that she would be late as it is a round trip of 45 minutes and I had to do that trip twice. Considering the cattery is only open to the public for a couple of hrs a day - one would think being in attendance wouldn't be a hard task especially when people have booked to collect their animals.
