Erik is a legend! So good to see customer service still exists with some businesses. Erik went above and beyond, with his help and valuable advice, prior to repairing my B&O. Then his awesome work, has restored my unit to as it was, when it left the factory. No secrets, that the cost charged was VERY reasonable and honest. Timing and constant communication was exceptional. Finding someone like Erik is very rare these days. Thank you so much, and I would thoroughly recommend ET Technical Service to anyone.

Erik has a real passion for B&O and it comes across. Extremely happy with the recent refurbishment of my classic Beolab Pentas. Great service, great price, can't fault, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I think you need a great deal of experience when dealing with a brand like B&O that a tech without extensive knowledge and experience simply can't offer. Cheers Erik !
