Exceptional store. Spotlessly clean. Excellent fresh fruit and vegetables

New store is full of previously not available lines. Many gourmet products, vegan and vegetarian produce, many local hills products such as buzz honey and cheese lines. Shop is much larger with wide aisles. Great meat and deli areas

I do find the staff great, and the shop is fine, great range of food if only they actually stocked it. Don't blame the floods or the supply chain--its been going on for years. There are a few items which I buy which run out within hours of re-stocking, and if I don't catch them in that glimpse, sold out. I tried doing a special order--nobody contacted me even though on one day I happened to be in there in that magic moment between stocking and being sold out. Most people who are responsible for ordering might notice this, and make sure they ordered more as its so popular, but not our orderer. No, while I like to walk to Foodland as its close, I now have to get in my car to go to the IGA to get the items I cannot get in Foodland. Also, what is with the no customer dividers at the checkout?? Every other supermarket in the world seems to be able to afford customer dividers but not Mount Barker.. 'oh they break' I was told. Unbelievable. Please see if you can poach a decent ordering person from eg IGA who can notice when things are sold out quickly and also might order some checkout dividers. (I just went into Foodland to get 4 things, the only one they had was the milk. And its Wednesday so surely shelves have been re-stocked ?)

Saturday 12:30pm, went through checkout, never seen an employee spend so much time watching an elderly lady on express checkout while apparently trying to put our groceries through. If she had concentrated on what she was doing, groceries would have possibly been packed better. Shop needs to train employees how to pack bags correctly, if they are trained, then you have failed....

Good fresh food selection using local suppliers. Bit more expensive than the three major supermarkets but good to know you're supporting smaller local producers and farmers.Due to the explosive growth in population in Mt Barker parking is an issue here as it is in most places in town.

My wife shopped here today and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. Checkout operator did not even bother to pack her bags. Might as well have gone to ALDI or self serve at Woolworths.

Excellent food range for people on the go! Good refrigerated food ready for heating up. Good cheese selection and overall a pleasing shopping experience. Spacious isles with items easy to find. I now shop there regularly.

One of the shops I visit. As all 5 are close I shop for specials as they come up each week. I have to pass somewhere along the line so pop in then.

Good customer service. Large selection of specialty products which i love. Lots of SA produce.

Nice and clean friendly people they got everything there and lots of carpark that is so good
