Worst solar company I have ever dealt with. I was told that the batteries will pay for themselves in a few years. This is a deliberate lie! They will never pay for themselves and Vince knows that. Vince promised to pay me compensation for his system NOT performing as promised but he never did. I have kept a record of all transactions and will be very happy to take it to the tribunal.

I recently had a new battery bank replaced at my off grid property. Vincent and the team were helpful with the install and the administration team were very professional also. The install was done quickly and effencilety. We now are enjoying a well suited battery set up for our household.

Left roof leaking after THEIR installer put all screws in trough of iron and would not pay to fix. Would not recommend. Avoid like covid19.

Great Service with Vincent calling to give us a quote, then with some back up help from Azhlenn, and the Installers did a professional job. Now totally off grid all working great even in the rain.

Great product and great service.Vincent and his team put together a solar solution that was tailor made to our needs.And it worked exactly the way they said it would.And when one of the batteries started alarming (12 months after installation), Vincent was around within the week with a brand new replacement battery - no questions asked.I couldn't recommend Vincent and the 888 Solar Tek Team more highly.

If you're expecting any after sale service, I suggest go with another mob. 888 are definitely not interested in issues after installation and payment. It's been less than a year and the troubles have already began. The system is not a cheap one and definitely wished we hadn't been so keen to support local business. Do you home work people!I'd be happy to discuss with steven butler, one of the unhappy customers.We too are going to fair trading. Thanks for your reply, however you didn't fix the issues. You gave a cut and past response and advised we needed to pay for a call out to review whats going on.Since then we have had a company come out and look at the system you organised from your office with a few photos, and they have said A - the batteries are too small, B - the inverter has to be upgraded / rebooted.Your after sales service is disgusting and your answers / review updates are no where near true. I would advise anyone interested in Solar to steer clear of 888.

I can highly recommend Solar Tek 888 if you are thinking about installing a solar system to your home or business. From the initial inquiry until completion of the installation of the solar system their was support and all went as initially quoted out by Solar Tek 888. I've had 888 Solar install three systems now and couldn't be happier. The latest is a large 16kW off-grid system for our house that required undergrounds to panels that were installed on a special racking system. A big job was done on time and as expected. Been running now for 4 months without a hitch and providing all the power we need for our 4 bed house. Highly recommend
