The folks at Document Management Professionals have been more than helpful in an ongoing saga with a Brother Scan n Cut in for repair and following insurance claims. Could not ask for better service - always a smile and happy to delay a school run to help me out.. Highly recommend.

The staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. They provided information for my benefit ( on request ) to assist with the use of my brother printer which was not related to the repair they carried out. I could not recommend them more highly.

Danny is polite, professional, informative - and fast!! My Brother colour laser MFC has been to him several times and I usually get it back in mint condition within 24 hours. Highly recommended!!

I have been dealing with Danny and Pat for 4 years now. Started off servicing our scanner and now do all our printer supplies, service and toners.They are funny , friendly and so knowledgeable.I deal with lots of suppliers and these guys and girl Roxy are THE BEST. When i get calls from other printer supplies i simply tell them who i use now are THE BEST and they could not even come close to the service i get already and the price !!!!!Thanks DMP for all you do :)

Have had nothing but fantastic positive experiences with this business and they're all super friendly to boot.From my first encounter when I needed my laser printer repaired, which was done quickly and cheaper than expected (my printer was very old, but they had a similar traded-in printer in their warehouse, from which the part I needed could be taken at no cost other than their service fee - outstanding!), to replacement toner being supplied two days quicker than had been anticipated (ordered the toner on Friday morning and was told it would be delivered to my home on the Monday, only to find that a couple of hours after ordering the toner, it was already on my doorstep!).Highly recommended for printer repairs and toner supplies!

Both staff that I spoke with well mannered, he explained their price for repairs and time they would spend before I had even booked it in, and without making me feel ignorant (not understanding technology as well as they do). My original (almost 10 years old) Brother ScanNCut is now working at new. I was running late to pick it up and they were happy to wait the extra 10 minutes - thankfully traffic wasn't that bad and we made it there by COB

Great Service told by another repairer to look at it would be $130.00 plus parts,But DMP said no my HP Laser are an easy fix they said bring it in for a look $50.00 later works better than new.Great friendly service highly recommended.
