R.M.Williams QVB

I purchased a boots and want to ship internationally, it was the female staff serving me. I put down the address and they eliminated the most important information of the address without notifying me. Which is caused failure of delivery, I have to go to DHL and change the address myself. I really don’t understand why they can change customer’s address by themselves?

Visited the store today to get fitted for my first pair of RM Boots, even though it was busy with multiple customers, the staff were super helpful and assisted me with the right size boots. Will definitely come back again for my next pair of boots.

Walked into the store to purchase a pair of boots. The female staff with a nose ring didn’t seem to care. Whilst other staff were serving other customers, she was simply stood at the back corner with no attempt to approach any customers in the store and not willing to answer questions. I felt undervalued and took my business some where else. Very disappointing in customer service.

We visited the store recently on our trip to Sydney. The staff were extremely helpful and made our shopping experience so much easier. Highly recommend a visit if you are looking at well crafted boots and leather goods.
