Recently went to this gym and was really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff were in showing me around without being too pushy in getting me to sign up. They had a 10 x session pack option if you wanted just to trial out classes and equipment which I chose and attended a zumba class last week.This instructors were great- lots of positive energy and made the class fun with easy to follow steps and vibrant music.The range of classes were very comprehensive and the centre itself was clean, well managed and even included a kitchenette. There is also a really great creche for those busy Mums and Dads on the go. Would definitely recommend this place for its community feel and staff that care about helping you with your fitness goals.

Don't send your child to here : the owner refused to provide any policies regarding safety or procedures of protecting young children at this police. Not even want to confirm that all the staff having police check and blue card. We raised issues and when she replied , majority of her email were thereaten of not paying and demanding for money. Only few words saying sorry. She had no intention to find out what's going on. Not even pick up a phone call .We have requested copies of guidelines regarding protecting young child, procedures about safety when no staff around after 7:00 pm and during weekend. No response from the owner. I have raised concerns to all departments and waiting for answers .It's interesting that the owner respond my review below only responding genuine request . How come the policies and guidelines protecting young children not genuine ? If this business does have these documents, it should only take few minutes to attached. And these documents should be provided to guardians anyway.All what I requested were clearly stated in my email to you which sent on 24th July 2019. Two emailsCheck it and respond itBy the way, we paid your cancellation fee of $175 even we thought we should not be charged. So this review was to warn the public. Before sending your kids to there, make sure you ask for the policy and documents .....I will keep updating this review monthly until I receive the policies and documents I requested

The best gym and kind and caring staff.Lydia is the most encouraging food coach ever and I look forward to seeing her smiling face every week. She is an asset to the gym.....

Disappointing experience with this gym, facilities are good, classes are good but when it's time to part ways and cancel a membership that's when the relationship goes sour fast.

A really friendly atmosphere and great classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our Monday Pump Class instructor at present is Kylie and she is doing a great job.Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a Flexi Fit class with Peta as our wonderful instructor.This is a really great fun class and you can exercise at your own pace and certainly feel the benefit of the arobic exercises afterwards.

Have been a long term member

Tried to cancel my contract over a year ago as i was interstate. They have continued to charge me and auto renew my contract even after i requested it be cancelled. Check the fine print before you sign. Not happy with the service.

Great instructors, but the management of the gym is poorly run by people who have no management or customer service skills. Equipment needs to be updated urgently before someone is injured. So many other gyms offering services in the local area.
