Took my 7yr old here (Byford village) yesterday and she was absolutely terrified, the lovely lady working made us both feel welcomed and was great in assuring my daughter that everything will be ok, she spoke to my daughter with calmness and allowed her to accept each step of the process.To which we had a successful test done.I couldn't thank her enough, big shout out to that lady I'm sorry I don't know your name.
