Changed the lavender massage oil formula they seem to now source from cheaper alternative. Offensive smell and not oily. Refused us refund will never go in store again

I visited Body Shop, Tea Tree Plaza today looking for an unusual gift for my daughter’s birthday. From the minute I entered the store, Tash was very attentive and accommodating recommending me on gift ideas and even let me sample a few products. Her customer service was outstanding, she was extremely polite and very friendly and she wrapped my gift beautifully. I truly believe Tash deserves recognition for her excellent customer service as she is a credit to the organisation.

Their body yoghurt snells so good and great for the skin. 48 hydration without being sticky

Had a very poor experience at this store today despite being a regular customer. Not only did the sales girl and the manager lose the sale but also lost a loyal customer forever. The manager and the sales person showed really poor business sense over a small request. So we bought six different items to be packed separately but the sales person at the register declined to put them in separate bags and insisted that they could only put them in one big bag despite the fact that the other girl serving other customers at the second register was offering auto put even the smallest item people were buying in a bag which a lot of them did not even want. We explained to the manager later that they were gifts for 6 different people and hence each one needed to go in a separate bag but even the manager declined. When we questioned the manager that if we came back and bought six items on six different occasions, would they not offer a bag to us each time like they were to every other customer, the manager said no. Appalling…and highly disappointing response from the store manager as we expected a better business sense from the manager keeping the long term interest of the business in mind. Sadly when a brand is successful, sometimes the staff don’t realise that it’s the customers that make a brand successful and even the smallest customer is invaluable and refers a lot more. Surprisingly their is no clear channel on the company’s website to provide feedback. Probably never going back there again.

Acknowledged on entry to store. Only needed one item and sale was processed efficiently. Store well stocked and organised.
