Thoughtful and friendly service. I bought my mower from here and have been very happy.

I called once on a weekday afternoon to find out the closing time, and then once 10 minutes before closing to let the staff know I was running close to getting there at 5 o'clock and was that ok, as I just had to pick up a chain saw chain. The owner was unhelpful on the phone and a little rude, saying the shop was already mostly closed (at 4:50pm) and the guys were wanting to leave. I asked if it was possible to stay open til the stated closing time of 5pm and the owner said the shop would be shut at precisely 5pm. I arrived at the front door at 4:57pm and the shop was closed and staff were gone. I don't recommend using this shop for Stihl sales or support, as the owner clearly doesn't need the business or feel the need to provide good service to his local clientele.
