I had my laptop refuse to boot up after a Windows update....I found Don at IT Solutions to be friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. My hard drive had failed completely which i was guttered about as it had years of work and family photo's on.Don however refused to give up trying to extract everything from my hard drive which he achieved, including my virtual machine.I was more than happy with their pricing and quality of workmanship.Thanks again

Really outstanding service. Don helped me troubleshoot at home isolating and then very promptly fixed my issue as soon as I was allowed out again. Very grateful and appreciative.Price for service is also extremely competitive.

Have been dealing with don for over 10 years and always get great service and great prices and always willing to take time to advise what is best for money at the time and never steer you down wrong path. have happily spent thousands with him over the years on parts and equipment and picked his brain when searching for a solution for a problem with out home network would give more stars if possible!

We recently upgraded our computer and we're recommended to Ballarat IT Solutions. We have run a small carpet cleaning business for 29 years and over time established a large client database. During this period we have had a number of computers, swapping data from one to the next. Our last computer was in danger of dying. Don Sinclair and his staff did an amazing job retrieving all our stuff and installing onto the new computer. I could not recommend anyone more highly than Don. Peter Harney.

Hands down the Best IT company in Ballarat. Don't believe the few bad apples trying to badmouth them. Don has never overcharged and frequently charges less than he should for the work he does. Great customer service and always willing to lend an ear to a problem. Only place I will go to get my PCs built and serviced. Only place I recommend to my customers when they ask if I know a good IT guy.

My computer was frozen. The mouse , keyboard, everything. So I decided to go to Ballarat it solutions. $270 later, my computer was fixed. Got home, and it certainly worked for a bit but it froze again. Last time it was a software issue. Ok, then they blamed me for updating. Did they have proof? Absolutely not. They made assumptions so it didn’t make them look bad. But that is really horrible because they can’t admit their mistakes. This was no joke. Overall? HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would strongly suggest taking your device elsewhere even if it means paying more money because you want the best service there is. Not this below average stuff.
