The Tattooed Barber

Awful check in system/wait times. A few weeks ago had to wait an hour and half for a hair cut with people who checked in after somehow getting to go before me a one person going in and getting to go straight through without waiting and only after they realised the mistake but didn’t do anything about it as he was already in the seat. Go here if you don’t work or have no life to get a haircut here. It’s a shame as some hair cuts have been amazing and really top quality but some being really bad quality too. So pretty average

Went to take a hair cut today. It says in google maps that closes 6.00pm on Thursday. When I reach there. There finishing up for the day around 4:30pm. Asked from the staff why didn’t you changed from the Google maps. Cause I usually don’t memorise what time this closes. So the staff told me something urgent happen. That’s why we are closing.. Very unprofessional and unreliable place. Use to go to this place quite sometime now. I guess not anymore.

Best barber in the area by far! Always do a great job. Thanks for getting me in so close to closing time last night. Really appreciate it!

After going to same Barber for 16 years I tried Tattooed Barber.Helen did my hair cut. Very impressed but even the other two barbers cuts looked awesomeI will gladly travel the 40 minutes every three weeks for haircutThanks again guys great work great service

I come to this barber every month for a fade haircut.The people here are extremely talented at what they do, it does not matter who cuts your hair at The Tattooed Barber, you still get the perfect cut that you were expecting.Parnham is also such a talented and warm person, always look forward to seeing him and having a chat! Such a talented bloke that takes pride in what he does!

I went to get a haircut last Friday afternoon. I requested a low fade, a trim on top and a beard tidy. Was a 30 minute haircut from start to finish, it looked like nothing had been done and you couldn’t even tell I had just had a haircut. They then proceeded to charge me an unbelievable $70 (I don’t even want to know what they would charge if they took a little bit more time and effort). Definitely stay away.

I came at 4:50 to get a haircut with three barbers working. I was advised the wait will be 20 minutes. When it was my turn to get a haircut it was 6:20… absolutely ridiculous to 1 hour and 30 minutes for a cut. And it seemed as so barbers were favouring friends or regular customers to get a cut first. Quote: “Let me just quickly cut *names* hair before I do yours”…Regardless the fade was acceptable.

My partner came in yesterday to receive a haircut after a year and a half worth of growing it out. He asked for a fairly simple cut with some fading at the back and sides. A clear image was shown for reference to the lady that cut his hair and said it would be easily achievable. She then cut the hair into a different style that was NOT the image shown and completely ruined the left side and he had very awkward hair sticking out that even after styling, it juts out. On top of all this, it was $65. We were sceptical to go back and ended heading to a different hairstylist and paid further to fix this terrible haircut. Definitely not coming back and extremely disappointed.

After being told that it would be 10-15 minute wait for my sons haircut. Waited over an hour and people that came in after us went before us. Bloody ridiculous. No communication from barbers and no booking system to reduce wait times.
