Excellent Vets and Vet Nurses. Coming here for a few years and always caring, friendly and helpful. Helped my cats return to good health through their life. Very grateful!

I take my 13 year old lab cross Tessa for hydrotherapy and the service is great, the team are very caring and compassionate always going above and beyond to make Tessa feel secure as she doesn't like having her paws handled etc. I would highly recommend Vets4Pets Northgate.

Great price, very friendly service, and a nice follow up call

Gorgeous caring and friendly staff who have always provided the best of care to my cat. Very lucky to have these vets and vet staff to treat and care for our animals. I have been going to this clinic since around 2015.

NB. Review not based on direct treatment.The staff at Northgate V4P were extremely helpful over the phone when I called with questions about an over-the-counter medicine. Following my line of questioning, the staff took it upon themselves to investigate some supply options which are not necessarily known by the client or patient. As a result, I was able to optimally treat my pet instead of desperately trying less effective alternatives.Although in an extremely frazzled state of mind at the time, staff spoke respectfully to me and appreciated my terseness was in large part due to the urgency of finding the required medicine (which was in extremely short supply at the time of calling).If I lived anywhere closer within reason, I would be quick to book an appointment with them based on this experience. I didn't have the opportunity to find out how they treat pets, but I've seen how they treat humans, and I have every reason to think that the standard of care offered at this practice would be outstanding.

Excellent, we managed to arrive a week earlier lol but they squeezed us in.

We've been here a few times for check ups, emergencies and anything in-between and everyone here has always been fantastic. We're always well looked after and everyone knows their stuff!

Thank you to the fabulous vet nurses who made our visit easy and pleasant. Also Dr. Kaye was really great with our beautiful baby girl Ruby. Thanks everyone Ruby is feeling so much better.

Has a dog hydrotherapy pool which helps my dogs treatment. Accommodating staff. Kind knowledgeable and customer oriented. Easy parking too.
