My Medtronic 780G insulin pump is a game changer for me. It manages my unplanned highs and warns me when my BG is dropping so I can stay in range without constantly watching my levels. I can get on with my life with confidence knowing that my pump is calculating my insulin needs for me and helping me stay in range 24/7 with input from me only when it's required.

Since receiving the 780G, I have been able to maintain an average 90% + time in range" while the indicated average Glucose (HbA1C) is 6.8This is excellent for me as I struggled to maintain this level with the 760G.Also

I’ve been using a Medtronic pump for 10 years now. They have always been reliable, convenient and really help to keep blood sugars in range. So much better than having to give myself multiple injections daily. Highly recommend.

Customer Service is very important to me. I have experienced a couple of problems with sensors that failed a short time after being inserted. I contacted Medtronic help line and after describing the events that happened leading up to the failure, the pleasant customer service person sent me a replacement sensor free of charge. It is good to know that the company appreciates feedback and keeps record for future development and improvement of their products.

My pump has been a life changer. It took a tremendous amount of stress out of managing my diabetes...I no longer had to guess how much insulin to have for my meals and that was a huge step. Life is so much easier now and for that I am grateful. I have a lot of confidence now. There is just no comparison between living with a pump and living without one. I highly recommend pumps.

Pump works a treat. Smart Guard keeps my levels very steady overnight. It does struggle to adjust to varying activity levels during the day. Looking forward to further advances in the tech.

I was diagnosed with diabetes when I was 29 years old. I am now 51. I was hesitant to try pump therapy. My pump(who I call Nancy) was the best decision I have ever made regarding my diabetes. I was on 4 injections a day with an HBA1C in the 11’s and 12’s. I am using the 780 pump and it is a godsend. My levels are so stable and my HBA1C is now 7. I feel so much better health wise and I know I have decreased my chances of severe complications in the future.When I first got home with my pump I did find it a little difficult to reload the pump but now it’s just part of my routine. When I have needed assistance I have called Medtronic and the staff have always been wonderful and been able to help.Changing to the pump was life changing for me and now assists me on keeping levels and HBA1C in check.

Honestly it's the best thing I have done for myself to get an insulin pump I highly recommend it! My diabetes has never been better. I'm not going to lie tho the thought of having a machine connected to me 24/7 was pretty off putting at first but you get use to it and the results are well worth it!! Plus Medtronic has Been a big help over the past 2 years if I have any issues I can contact them any day at any time.
