Terrible experience. Pay so much money a year for a service and all they do is keep you waiting out in the cold.What's the point of roadside assistance if all that happens if you're left waiting for hours on end.

This isn't even my insurance company but still have to deal with them!Its been 14 days and still no reply to my email. This should have been taken care of by them. Last Year!If you're so short on staff that people can't even get a response 2 weeks later, then Hire some more Staff!Poor company and extremely unprofessional.
