TOZER Air Conditioning & Electrical

We had ducted air con installed September 2022. Could not fault the installation team, lovely guys, nothing too much trouble, very efficient, knew what they were doing. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them. Had a slight issue with a zone motor, fixed next next day. What more can you ask for??? Please pass our thanks onto Ben and his crew.

We had Tozer install ducted throughout our entire house in October 2020 and they did a fantastic job. My parents had their system installed by Tozer previously and they were very happy with them so they'd recommended them.The sales technician was excellent, knew his stuff and was very honest. The price was very good especially for ducted, we thought it would be a lot more expensive.The wait time to installation wasn’t too bad (3 weeks), and the installation was very professional. And now the system is up and running we’ve already had a chance to test it for both hot and cool weather and it works perfectly.I believe this is a good honest company who stands by their work and I would definitely recommend them.

Recently had Tozer install air con at my mum's great service from the office staff and the installers. My mum was super happy and was impressed there was a young girl doing the install. Cheers everyone at Tozer job well done highly recommend you anytime.

We had Tozer replace our ducted aircon and they did do a good job….but recently asked one of their technicians to check my parents’ split system because water was leaking inside. They were advised that the system needed to be replaced. Costing quite a few dollars. A second opinion was sought and there is nothing wrong with their aircon unit. Just a blocked drain. Am really disappointed that older people on a pension would be ripped off by wasting money on a needless replacement. Very poor ethics and business practice. No further business from our family.

We had a split system installed several years ago and now a ducted. Tozer are professional throughout the entire process delivering quality service. The initial quotes, advice and recommendations, communication, invoicing and payments, installation communication date, arriving on time to install, equipment and materials, and cleaning up during and after the job were excellent. The high quality and good culture of this business is clear especially in the director quoting to the installation crew from the apprentice to the tradesman. They all took pride in their work, communicated well and responded to any requests. I highly recommend this business.

The installers were very professional and pleasant. they were also very tidy while installing the air conditioners and they were all on time. The person who also did the quote initially was very professional and communicated fully what would need to occur to achieve the best outcomes. Thank you Tozer

Tozer Air have just finished installing our AC and their professionalism is second to none. From John, the sales rep, the woman in the office and the guys who did the installation, all were polite, professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. We cannot express how happy we are with the whole procedure. It was a pleasure to have them working in our home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked as a team and there were no egos getting in the way. Well done boys. I couldn't recommend you more highly. Very happy customers.

Amazing team and service, from organising the original quote (great price) through to installation. Professional team and very polite. No mess at all, drop sheets throughout. Removed old, ducted a/con and installed new ducted system. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation using them again.
