He quickly assessed the issue with my tyre and I could get back on the road as soon as possible. Not only was he knowledgeable and skilled in his work, but he also took the time to explain the repair process to me in a friendly and approachable manner.What impressed me the most was John's genuine care for my satisfaction as a customer. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my questions, His professionalism and attention to detail were truly remarkable.Furthermore, the overall service at Deer Park was outstanding. I had a screw in my tyre so I called in to get it removed and plugged, the tyre was checked and unfortunately it couldn't be repaired.John was very helpful and friendlythe customer service is excellent.Highly recommend mycar Deer Park.

Really good service.I came here to fix my globes.Staff told me they are going to close it will be hard to take more jobs.But when I said I need to go for job next day and my globs are not working he came and look at my globs and fixed it. Honestly he fixed both the globs one he had to replace one globe.He only changed me for the glob which is $35. Did not even change for labour service in which other places do.I would really appreciate this person and My Car for their customer service.
