Le Creuset Boutique Chadstone

Le Creuset is famous for the quality of their kitchenware, and their store is no different. The inside layout is gorgeous, and although their inventory is not exhaustive, it does give you an excellent overview of what is available and the brilliant colors they come in.The staff are incredibly friendly and down to earth, no snobbery here. I really loved how the staff asked if we needed help, then let us browse in our own time, and didn't pressure us or bother us at all.Will definitely be back to add more Le Creuset to our kitchen!

Massive thank you to Ben in the Chadstone Le Cruseset store, his customer service and attention to detail was second to none. He went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of the store with the best possible pot. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and diligent. Made the entire process a wonderful experience. My husband and I went to the Chadstone store yesterday (02/11/19) hoping to see if there were any limited edition Star Wars dishes available. Unfortunately the Cocottes were out of stock but we were pleasantly suprised that there was a potential to be placed on the pre-order list for the next round in March / April 2020.Kelvin was fantastic help. We didn't think we could purchase any of them as they were out of stock but he went and checked for us, made sure we understood the conditions of pre-orders and if there were any issues, he would call us.Fabulous service (Thanks Kelvin! ) and great store.

Staff Kelvin(tall and good looking guy)there definitely deserves a 5 star for his service. Its a long day and a black friday sale, i attend the store around 6:20pm, he is still serving me with full energy. He make sure i understand how to take care the product, presented a 10/10 manner, friendly and professional.
