I typically only share reviews when im impressed. Had a tyre going flat over weeks. Took it to mycar today Sorted it out fast whilst i shopped. On collection was told no charge as i had bought the tyre from them years back and they like to take care of customersWell you did just that. Well done and you have my loyalty from now on!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so struck by the polite, well-mannered service manager, that I had to write this.This young man explained so clearly what had to be done to my car and the cost. He also took his time to answer all my questions calmly and politely. It was so refreshing to hear a person who actually cared about my situation and listened to everything I had to say. It was rare in this fast-paced world we live in to have someone be so kind and understanding.The work on my car was done to my satisfaction and the service was outstanding. I would recommend this service centre to everyone. Well done!

I took my Mercedes Benz to Mycar Sunbury for a major service. They did an engine and transmission service, changed all the filters and did a wheel alignment alongside new Pirelli tyres and now the car drives and handles better than new.A massive thanks to Mohammad and Brad and rest of their team they were extremely pleasant to deal with.Excellent service, I highly recommend MyCar Sunbury their attention to detail is second to none and their customer service is 10 out of 10.
