Place was super busy but it seems the crew were top notch and we had our order real quick. Lovely staff member Lisa" even though done with her shift still went out of her way to assist in carrying our drinks .. A+ joint !"

I have been to McDonald's at Bracken Ridge for years and I think this restaurant is improving in it's service and quality and I know someone who works there and this person is a very diligent and dedicated person who is receiving some good training in work and life skills.

Terrible service, purposely made to wait in the drive through waiting bay for an iced coffee. As the girl taking the order couldnt get the order correct, took her about 4-5 goes. Whilst waiting in the bay i saw someone 3 cars behind me come out with an iced coffee (exact same drink as mine)

Went into the drive through to order two mcflurries for my room-mate and I. Got to the pay window and the lady asked me if it was just the 1, I said no two please and she said oh I thought so but I thought you only need the one!" I laughed it off as that was a bit odd to say and replied with "oh haha the 2nd one is for my room-mate". She fixed it up and changed it to 2 and then said that I'm greedy to eat both. So odd and completely unnecessary to say. Drove away feeling uncomfortable. Maybe teach staff to not assume and say rude things to customers. It's none of her business even if they were both for me."

Ordered a mcmuffin with out sausage pattie two slices of cheese with onion with 3 hash browns.. also ordered 30yr happy birthday latte frappe and this is what I got..A dry mcmuffin it was drier then a nuns oh ho..3 hash browns each on stuck to the packaging and had to eat a yucky bag to get my hash browns out..And some horrible 30th birthday hot coffee latteSadly disappointed 2nd time I've been to that store and it's been horrible food and pathetic customer service.Won't be going there any more.. Bracken Ridge MacDonald's has lost my money coming to your store

Extremely dissatisfied with the service and food that i received. The mcflurry was barely even half filled and on top of that i paid 50c extra for hot fudge topping, which i barely got any of. The fries weren’t full and were cold, the inside of the bag was a mess and the burger was poorly made and assembled. As for the service, there was an excess of staff in the store yet so many customers were still waiting - especially in drive thru. Overall, i did not enjoy my experience with this store and will not be returning. A refund would be appreciated.

Honestly it's usually a perfect place to get coffee and a meal, today was a horror show from the manager. We recieved a very cold coffee and ask for a replacement. Omg I have never been treated so bad from a easy situation to fix. The lady must be having a bad day because she was nasty.Not going back again sad to say, I won't put up with that.

Very slow workers. The store was basically empty, and we still had to wait ages for our breakfast to be made.The shift manager kept checking her phone.Kiosks don't spit out recipts, so you have to be quick to catch your order number before it disappears.Egg shell in the egg I got on my muffin... quite a turn-off, to be honest.
