While I was happy with the service provided on the day, their policy if nit allowing booking to be made without a credit card on file is unnecessary, they say they don't take any money out on booking, however they do lock 50% of the cost of your service in case you cancel or no show, however they have absolutely no flexibility should you be unwell and unable to attend your appointment, they will still take 50% of your appointment fee out of your bank within 10 mins of your booking time. I was very upfront, explained firstly I didn't want to put credit card details into system for which I was assured no funds would be taken from my account, secondly that I suffer from migraines, for which I can't predict when they will or won't happen, and I certainly can not give 24 hours notice that I am going to get one and will be incapacitated and unable to attend my appointment. As soon as I waa able I rang the mobile number supplied to me for any changes to my appointment, explained the situation and rescheduled with them, however their lack of empathy was evident by the fact within 10 mins of my appointment time 50% fee waa removed from my bank ....definitely will not only not be a return customer but won't be recommending them to anyone as a business to attend.
