Took my car into gary as it had a knocking noise. I thought it was nothing. Turns out the control arms and bushes were bad and affecting it. Gary was able to order the parts and get me back on the road as quickly as he could.I couldnt be anymore grateful to him for his trustworthy advice and knowledge on what i can do to get by.Thank you gary and team will see you again soon.

Have been using Gary and the team for all my servicing for the past few years now. Cant fault their excellent customer service and quality workmanship. Attention to detail with small things such as an airfreshener and a little box of minties to top off the service. Highly recommend

Gary and the team done an excellent job on new suspension up grade on a Nissan patrol. After the parts arrived the job was done quicker than expected and a tad cheaper than originally thought. Garys knowledge in suspension is next level and would highly recommend his services. Great to be treated like a person rather than a customer. Thanks Hansen Automotive for a amazing job

Asked for a full service (oil + oil filter) + check of the car to know what to change.I came back home and 10 km later, my car said low oil level" . They flushed the oil but forget to put new oil ! (But I paid for this of course). When I went to their place again

Came here to service my 4wdI've been charge way more oil than my engine can take ... And I had to top up by myself 2 more litres !Also, he advised me to changer my air filter, my air filter was new !!!Those people are really not serious
