Fortunately we found CGL and feel safe because they are knowledgeable and experienced in this industry.Actually, we had experience with Big forwarding companies, and believed it to be good systems/service because of it's name value. There were a lot of staffs, unluckily our local representative was inexperienced and made many mistakes. moreover, no one took responsibility for the mistakes and was difficulty to communicate.We know that CGL is proactively preventing these problems that we have had with big companies before.

Great customer service and excellent attention to detail. I’m usually not the one to leave a review but after the exceptional experiences I’ve had dealing with CGL, it was the least I could do. Could not recommend them highly enough. I am so pleased with their services. I currently use them for all of my air freight and sea freight and I’ll continue to do so.
