Ochre Medical Centre Clunes
Very disappointed in this clinic turning away someone who has just moved to the area. They had an appointment available within 40 minutes, which they likely couldn’t have filled, and I needed to see a doctor, but apparently living 24 kms from the town, in another town that doesn’t even have a shop let alone a doctors clinic isn’t “local”. I’ll remember that I’m not “local” when I’m spending my money in the surrounding townships. I thought we lived in a country where people were supposed to be able to access healthcare?

The “Feedback/Complaints” option on their email might just as well not exist as my communication of one week ago has been totally ignored! I will never return to this clinic. Things are different since it became an “Ochre Clinic”
