I sent a few emails with no reply and only received one after I phoned them. It seems like there was a problem with the booking of air-conditioning insulation, but 2 weeks later it was installed and running fine.

Contacted Lawson in the first half of this year to come by our home and look at replacing our 15 year old ducted system with something newer. Shane came out and was quite positive, said it could be done and would send a quote to me. About 3 - 4 weeks went by and I heard nothing back so gave them a call. Spoke to Shane who apologised and said he was waiting on a price back from a supplier which was now received. Promised a quote within a week. That turned into another month so I sent an online query to their contact details. Zero response. Haven’t heard a thing from them in the now 6 months since the original contact. Very unprofessional.

We received excellent advice from David, and had a great experience all round. Very quick turn-around, from inquiry to quote to installation. The aircon is very good, but that's as expected (we opted for an LG). More importantly, the price was reasonable (a lot less than another quote we received), and the whole process seamless. Couldn't be happier! Thank you David & team Lawson!

We have had the team complete two separate AC replacement jobs for us recently. The quote and booking process handled by Adam was easy, and I have found the team very responsive and willing to work with us where others simply weren’t. Dan did both of our installs and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer, more genuine tradesperson.All round, wouldn’t hesitate to engage Lawson air again.

We contacted Lawson Air looking for a highly-rated type of unit, and they had these and more - a much better range than others we contacted.Shane promptly came to scope out our needs and gave plenty of good options.We were very very happy with the final installation; the installers were prompt, polite and very tidy.Overall a fantastic service !

Lawson Air & Electrical were fantastic. Their technicians were respectful of our home and informed us of exactly what work they were doing, why they were doing it and what the result would be. One of their technicians even made a same day return visit to ensure that the new panel fitted was working properly. When it wasn't (no fault of theirs), they troubleshot the problem and ensured by days end we had a perfectly working AC system. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Lawson Air installed ducted aircon with 5 zones and an izone controller. I liked that everything was explained to me in detail and installers showed up as scheduled and installed everything in one day! I was impressed.
