Bellerive Newsagency

Lovely new owners of this store who took over in March. Huge store with more than the average newsagency. Would recommend heading in!

Rudest service I have experienced in a shop in Australia. No attempt to actually assist us with our Lotto ticket purchase. Unfortunate as I’m In Bellerive three days a week at the moment but will be driving to Eastlands over visiting this store again.

Went to this newsagency and have to say the customer service needs reviewing., the lady working was completely rude and unfriendly. I have worked in customer service for a long time and I would never treat customers in the way this lady did. I would not recommend going to this newsagents, find another. Eastlands shopping centre is not far away and the staff are way more friendly.

This guy is by far the rudest man i have come across. Why he is in customer service is a joke, goes out of his way to ignore you, then when hes good and ready serve you with disdain.

I normally don't like to complain about bad service but I had to vent my frustration somewhere, the old male staff member who sits in the back corner listening to the radio and reading his paper is quiet happy to ignore you if you happen to be a male member, eventually he got up with a frustrated look upon his face and went and served 3 other female customers who were further up the counter but came in after me , then he walked off and ignored me for a few more minuets before grabbing the parcel out of my hands and making a grunting sound then off he goes back to his favorite spot, this is just one of many strange and rude stories I have come across at this agency.The rest of the staff aren't much better they don't look like they want to be there either but they at least put in a bit more effort, I won't be going back to this store ever again.

I started reading the reviews and was totally astonished by the one star negative opinions of so many, it just didn't make sense until I realised there are now new owners. The new owners must be great, as this shop is brilliant. I doubt you would find a better newsagency/post office in the state. There is an excellent array of gifts, toys, mags, chocolate - everything! Friendly service too!!

New owners have turned the previously non-existent customer service around. Happy to return after years of avoiding the place.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I work in Bellerive but I will never step foot inside that shop again. Shoreline newsXpress is only 5 minutes away - well worth the drive.
