Always kind, respectful and caring staff. Always try to accommodate the needs or appointments of their regular patrons. A bit more expensive than other locals but quality cuts and colours. Allow extra time before an appointment, as it's not always easy parking in this busy St Clair shopping centre, depending on the day and time.

The owner said he didn’t have enough time to cut then proceeded to say he would give me trim. He spent 15 mins doing a trim and charged me $75 for this. He also asked me whether I was Indian and when I told him I was Sri Lankan he then went onto say that Sri Lankan and Indians are same and that we all use the same shampoo. Sounded very racist. Disgusting. Wont ever be going there again. $75 for a trim is also ridiculous.

the best salon i have ever been to. hairstylists were super nice and kind, they made sure my hair was exactly the way i wanted it. the last time i went to a hairdresser in a different place, they messed up my fringe. i decided to come to this one and from the second i sat down i could tell it was already way way way better than the last time i got a haircut at a different salon. five stars :)

I have been going to Elias for a long time and have always been extremely happy with his service. Unfortunately in 2020 I became ill and started losing massive amounts of hair. I went to see Elias to see what could be done to restore my hair back to health. During the time I was sick, Elias was extremely caring and supportive and his recommendations of treatment, product & services were exceptional. Elias would call me to see how the products and my hair were going and when I was free to pop into the salon so he could make sure we were on the right path. Now in 2022 I have my hair back and healthier than it has ever been. I honestly can't thank Elias & his team for all the time and effort they put in to make me happy. Elias went above and beyond to make sure my hair was always at it's best.Elias is a true professional in every way. His product knowledge is totally amazing and his skills are hard to beat. If you are looking for an outstanding hairdresser who is genuinely interested, listens to your concerns and delivers what he promises, then Elias is your man. Not only is he extremely professional, uses the best haircare products, his pricing is amazing.

Had a great experience with Linda, she made sure I was comfortable and most of all is very well knowledgeable/skilled for what she does. Best person to come too

Elias requested a $100 deposit to make my appointment, ( that was extremely excessive, given that he didn’t even take the time to look at my hair and realise my desired look was not achievable for my hair type) and when I cancelled my appointment with 6 days notice, he still refused to refund my $100!

I went in to ask if they could Color my hair and the manager was rude and his customer service was very bad he didn’t want to be patient with me about using their service and just told me to go somewhere else. Don’t recommend them. Manager needs better customer service. He looks at people and think that they can’t afford to pay for their service. Very poor poor service.

Not even 1 star worthy! Standard and service unprofessional, money greedy hair salon. Even if I had shown them my sons crack rib X-ray and wrist medical proof they’ll keep my $30 hair deposit. Money over understanding the persons unexpected situations occurring that’s out my control. Yet it’s ok they keep the money for their lack of not explaining their 48 hour notice policy. Money greedy saloon! Catherine uses love and hon over the phone as a sweet talker but your hearts are all so cold heartless and money greedy standard. Disgusting!

Amazing work, as always! I recently received Keratin and I'm so happy with it! Elie's experience in the hair industry surpasses all the other salons I've been to. He uses the best products and knows what best for your hair. Highly recommend.
